I am a fully trained and qualified Heart Coherence Coach with with The Heartmath Institute, with 10 years plus experience and now hundreds of satisfied clients.
The Technique that I now teach is incredibly effective. It can be seen and measured using heart coherence biofeedback equipment (as in the videos). The effects are so profound in fact, that the rhythm improvements can be easily noticed just by listening to the pulse.
It is very rare for a client to not make significant heartbeat rhythm improvements under my guidance. And that only happens when there is a very serious heart issue, or when strong beta blockers are being used.
If you can take your own pulse and count your heartbeats, you can do this exercise with no equipment. Otherwise, an inexpensive Pulse Oximeter is the only equipment you will need.
HRV and Heart Coherence are extremely significant biomarkers for health. Wise athletes and fitness enthusiasts usually look for ways to measure and improve these biometrics.
